Mr. Hill Shah is a Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience in the field of merchant banking and other corporate financial matters. Mr. Hill has a deep understanding of drafting of offer documents, conducting due diligence, financial markets, investment strategies, risk management, and financial regulations.

His ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, helps in building relationships and fostering trust with various stakeholders. He has worked with Microsoft India (R&D) Private Limited as a financial analyst. He has more than 3 years of experience in the field of Financial Analysis. He can assess market trends, evaluate investment options, and create strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Moreover, he possesses versatile knowledge of Advance Financial Modeling & Valuation.
